Basics

High-authority backlinks mean traffic and topic, not a DA badge

High-authority means a host with real traffic and a topic that fits your URL, not a Moz DA badge. Ahrefs DR prices the English card: DR40+ at $250, DR70+ at $450. A dead DR70 is still a corpse. We do not invent an authority score. Order a band or get a free quote.

What does high-authority actually mean here?

High-authority, on this desk, means a host people still use and a topic that belongs next to your destination. Readers, organic landing pages, an outbound graph that looks like a publication. It does not mean a Moz Domain Authority number. It does not mean a homemade “authority score” we will print to win a slide. If the only impressive thing on the site is a badge, you are buying leftover equity, not authority. Open the archive. That is the test.

Vendors sell “premium” and “high-authority” as if they were a second product. They are not — not here. This URL is the premium / high-authority page. There is no second premium SKU and no second premium landing. The commercial objects stay the published English guest posts: DR40+ at $250 (QJE1WN) and DR70+ at $450 (EN1PXR) when you want the upper bands, plus the rest of the card when a younger host is the better fit.

Order now when you already know the band and the destination is a normal commercial English URL. Get a free quote when the brief is international, a hard niche, or a newsroom story. Dual path stays open. We will still drop a “high-authority” host that fails traffic and outbound. A $450 badge on a dead magazine is not more authoritative than a $250 post on a site with readers. Traffic and topic beat the badge. Every time.

Why is Moz Domain Authority not the job?

Moz Domain Authority is a third-party 0–100 model of how strong a site’s link graph looks inside Moz. It is not Google. It is not Search Console. It is not PageRank. Procurement sheets still brief in DA because old templates die slowly. We will not invent a DA table to win that RFP. If your sheet says “DA50 guest posts,” we will still talk in the published Ahrefs DR bands and still QC traffic. Translate once. Then work the card.

A site can be DA28 and DR40 or the reverse. That disagreement is normal. It is not a QC fail by itself. QC fail is a badge on a site with no readers, or a storefront that sold fifty commercials this month. Moz DA can look fine on that storefront. The checklist still fails. We do not sell “DA authority backlinks” as a label. We sell a host you can open.

If you need the metric comparison, use Domain Rating vs Domain Authority. If you need “what number is good,” use what is a good Domain Rating. Both pages say the same operational thing this one says: neither badge is Google, and neither badge ships a dead site. Stay here when you are paying for a URL and someone briefed “high-authority” as if that were a second product. It is not.

Why is Ahrefs Domain Rating packaging, not Google?

Ahrefs Domain Rating is a third-party score of how strong a site’s inbound graph looks inside Ahrefs. We price the public English card on DR bands because buyers already plan that way: $125 (DR20+), $175 (DR30+), $250 (DR40+, most popular), $275 (DR50+), $450 (DR70+). That is a packaging axis so you can compare rows. It is not “Google thinks this site is a 40.” Google does not publish Domain Rating. Buying as if it did is how you purchase a badge.

DR70 is scarce and expensive for a reason. It can be a real magazine. It can also be an expired domain wearing a new theme. At $450 you should be the most suspicious, not the most relaxed. Zero-traffic DR70s are leftover authority. We drop them. If a vendor is proudest of the badge and quietest about the traffic, believe the quiet part. High-authority is the traffic, not the leftover number.

DR40 at $250 is the band most in-house teams already use — enough inbound graph to look like a publication, priced below the jump to DR50+ at $275. We mark it most popular because that is what gets ordered, not because Google has a DR40 threshold. A young site at DR40 can be a rocket or a purchased leftover. The publish dates and the outbound profile tell you which. Packaging is the row. Vetting is the job.

How does DataForSEO QC sit under the badge?

DataForSEO is the spam and toxic-domain scan before a host is approved. Ahrefs DR prices the card. DataForSEO is the QC layer a DR score cannot replace. Ahrefs and Semrush appear on the report as metrics, not as clients and not as proof of “authority.” If the archive only ranks for “write for us,” the scan and a human look will fail it even when the badge is pretty. We will not pitch that host.

Topical fit is the other half of QC. A finance URL does not belong on a casino roundup because the DR matched. A SaaS comparison does not belong on a recipe blog. If the editor would not have commissioned the article, you are buying a slot — a high-DR slot is still a slot. High-authority without topic is a trophy. We will refuse it rather than ship a convenient badge.

See the site class before you pay. Open the homepage, two category pages, and the outbound graph. Mystery spreadsheets are the product at most marketplaces, and every other buyer has the same sheet. Named URLs land on our delivery report after go-live. The longer checklist is how to vet a guest-post site. Do not skip it because someone labelled the row “premium” or “high-authority.” Those labels are this URL, not a second product.

When does a trafficked DR40 beat a dead DR70?

When the DR40 host has readers and the DR70 host does not. Traffic is evidence that people and crawlers still use the site. DR can linger after the audience leaves. Expired-domain costumes buy the linger. A $250 placement on an on-topic site with honest category traffic will usually do more for you than a $450 corpse with a pretty number. That is not a discount pitch. It is the definition of authority we will stand behind.

A $450 DR70+ post is the right spend when the host class is truly that scarce and still passes traffic, topic, and outbound. Magazines that still commission pieces. Trade journals that still rank. We will pitch those. We will not pretend a leftover DR70 is automatically better than a live DR40 because the invoice is larger. Price is the band. Fit is the pass. If you only want the bigger number for a slide, say so — we will still QC the host.

Do not stack cheaper bands to “average up” to a DR70 brief. Ten DR20+ posts at $125 are ten modest hosts, not “200 DR.” One DR70+ at $450 is one scarce host, not a strategy. Mix bands because destinations need different classes, not because a mean looks premium. International guest posts start at $175 on their own table — native outreach, not English SKUs glued to a ccTLD. iGaming from $180 is a different publisher pool, quote-only.

Is there a separate premium or high-authority product?

No. This URL is that page. We will not create a second “premium backlinks” landing, a second “high-authority” SKU, or a vanity price above EN1PXR. DR70+ at $450 is the top English guest-post band. DR40+ at $250 is the popular mid band. Everything else on the English card is still the same product: unique copy, manual outreach, DataForSEO, live URL, replacement if the link drops. The adjective does not mint a new object.

Wikipedia, digital PR, directories, adult, CBD, crypto, and the AI desk stay Enquire Now. Those are not “more premium guest posts.” They are different jobs. A newsroom citation can look more authoritative than a DR70 blog and still ship nofollow. An encyclopaedia page runs on notability, not a badge. We will quote those doors or send you back to guest posts if there is no story and no notability. We will not stamp “high-authority” on a contributed article to raise the fee.

The monthly agency package ($1,500, SKU 2R60XR) is a scoped desk, not a premium-link quota and never a line on a single-link card. Niche edits from $99 are quote-only inserts on pages that already have authority — the page’s traffic, not a badge we invented. If a vendor is selling “premium DA90” from a catalogue, they are selling the badge. We sell the host. Order QJE1WN or EN1PXR now, or get a free quote when the brief is not a packaged English guest post.

Which band should you order if you want the stronger hosts?

Order the class of host you can defend, not the biggest number you can afford. DR40+ at $250 is the usual “strong enough” row for a general English money page. DR70+ at $450 is for when the host class is truly scarce and still passes. DR50+ at $275 sits between them when a host will take the URL — YMYL often lives there, quote-first, because many publishers will not. You can order QJE1WN and EN1PXR in the portal on this page’s CTAs.

A $125 DR20+ post can still be the right first test on a young host with real traffic. High-authority is not “never buy below DR40.” High-authority is “do not buy a corpse with a badge.” If $250 is a week of on-page work the URL still needs, do the on-page work. If $250 is one relevant publisher in a SERP you already deserve, the guest post is the cheaper experiment. Dual path: order the band, or quote a mix.

Founded 2022, Richmond VIC. 1 800 751 994. We reply within 24 hours. Typical TAT about two weeks, 20-day maximum on standard DR work. Content included. You approve the host class. You get the live URL, DR, traffic, and anchor. If the link drops, we replace it. Stay on guest posts or pricing when you are ready to buy that object. We will not invent an authority score. We will refuse a dead DR70.

What does each badge actually buy on this desk?

Traffic and topic decide if we pitch. DR packages the English card. DA is not a table we sell.

Common questions

What is a high-authority backlink?

A contextual link on a host with real traffic and a fitting topic. Not a Moz DA badge and not an invented authority score.

Do you sell a separate premium backlinks page?

No. This URL is the high-authority page. There is no second premium SKU above DR70+ at $450.

Is a DR70 guest post always better than a DR40?

No. A trafficked, on-topic DR40 at $250 can beat a dead DR70 at $450. Traffic and outbound decide.

Is Domain Authority a Google ranking factor?

No. Moz DA and Ahrefs DR are third-party scores. Google does not use them. We price by DR and QC traffic.

Do you use DataForSEO on high-DR hosts?

Yes. Spam and toxic scanning happens before any host is approved, including DR70. The badge does not skip QC.

Which SKUs sit on this page?

DR40+ at $250 (QJE1WN) and DR70+ at $450 (EN1PXR). Order those bands, or get a free quote for a mix.

Will you invent an authority score for my report?

No. We report live URL, Ahrefs DR, traffic, and anchor. We will not mint a homemade authority number.
