Why this agency exists, in operational terms
Callum Sherwood spent a decade-plus purchasing guest posts, niche edits, and “premium inventory” for campaigns that had to survive Google, not just a QBR slide. The failure mode repeated: a metric on a PDF, a live URL on a thin site, a publisher who pulled the link, and a vendor who treated replacement as a new invoice. Worldwide Backlinks is the fulfilment he wanted to buy — 100% manual outreach, quality control before the domain is approved, a live URL with DR, traffic, and anchor on the report, and a replacement if that URL dies.
The HQ is not a virtual office. Building 1, 658 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121, Australia. You can call 1 800 751 994. You can email support@worldwidebacklinks.com. Teams also work from Singapore and the Philippines so outreach coverage is not a single time zone. We do not publish a staff grid of invented names and stock headshots. You work with the outreach and QC desk.
White-hat, on this site, is a constraint list. No PBNs sold as publisher networks. No automated blast tools. No farm blogs that exist to sell DR. No invented testimonials, review counts, 0% rejection rates, 91% retention, 68-hour SLAs, or money-back theatre. Publishers say no; that is how you know acceptance is real. Specialised verticals (casino, gambling, adult, CBD, crypto) are either a priced iGaming table or Enquire Now — they are not hidden inside English guest posts. The longer constraint list is the white-hat section on Home.
Scale that is real: 10,000+ backlinks placed since 2022, 15+ languages, 40+ countries. About 500 owned sites sit in the company. They are inventory we can use when they fit a brief; they are not a secret network we dress up as “from our media partners” to skip talking to independent publishers. Third-party editorial is still the default for mixed, durable profiles.
Who this company is built to serve
SEO agencies
Including white-label. Same rates, reports that can omit our brand. You sell the strategy; we place the URLs.
In-house SEO
People who have already been burned by a marketplace cart and want a desk that will refuse a bad host.
Operators in hard verticals
iGaming, adult, CBD, crypto — plus everyone else who still wants manual English or foreign-language guest posts without a PBN footprint.
How QC actually runs — DataForSEO, then people
01
Brief the URL, markets, and constraints
Guest posts, niche edits, iGaming, Wikipedia, directories, or a specialised niche. Languages on the form. If we cannot place it, we say so within the same 24-hour reply window the quote form promises — not after you have paid for a fantasy grid.
02
Domain passes DataForSEO-backed QC before approval
Spam and toxic-domain scanning happens in-house before a site is approved, not after an invoice. Ahrefs and Semrush figures show up on the delivery report as metrics. Those companies are not clients. We do not print their logos as social proof.
03
Manual outreach and host-shaped content
Writers and site owners are contacted by people, not a tool spraying templates at scale. Guest-post rates include unique content for the host. Niche edits insert into an already-live page. TAT is typically about two weeks, with a 20-day maximum on standard DR work.
04
Live URL, report, replacement
You get the URL plus DR, traffic, and anchor. If the publisher takes the link down, we place a replacement on a comparable site. That is part of the work. No monthly minimum.

The ~500 owned sites, without the PBN sales pitch
A lot of vendors either hide a private network or pretend they have none while selling one. We state the number: about 500 owned sites. They are useful when a brief needs properties we control. They are a problem if they become the whole profile. We do not sell “access to our 500 blogs” as a substitute for talking to independent publishers in 40+ countries. If owned inventory is in the mix, it should be honest, not disguised as a magazine group that does not exist.
International work is a separate table because native-language outreach is harder: $175–$495 for international guest posts, versus $125–$350 for English. Niche edits sit about 20% under the matching GP row. iGaming is its own grid ($180–$550 English; $235–$715 with international) because gambling-accepting publishers are scarce — start on casino backlinks for operator methodology. Wikipedia, adult, CBD, crypto, directories, and custom campaigns are Enquire Now. That price architecture is the opposite of one fake “all links $99” cart. The pricing page is the public USD card.
FATJOE-style four-language catalogues (typically ES/IT/FR/AR) are not how we staff the international desk. Fifteen-plus languages is the point of the foreign-language hub. Australia is home turf: local publishers and AU English on English GP rates, not an “international surcharge” for being .com.au.
