Local AU outreach, because we are the local AU agency
Generic English guest posts can land anywhere English is spoken: US blogs, UK magazines, random .com DR screenshots. An Australian campaign that needs to rank on Google.com.au is pickier. Local publishers, local news-adjacent blogs, industry sites Australians actually read, and — when they are relevant and not spam — Australian directories. The copy uses AU spelling (organisation, specialised, centre) when the host does. The pitch can come from a Richmond number: 1 800 751 994.
That is the opposite of how most “international” vendors treat Australia: a geo tag on an English list, a stock photo of the Harbour Bridge, a .com.au 301 to a US site. We founded the company here in 2022 (Callum Sherwood) because buying that product from overseas vendors was the job. The Australia landing exists so AU briefs are not fulfilled from a US guest-post leftover pile.
Google.com.au is the commercial SERP. News, local pack, and AU-only domains still shape a lot of queries. A DR50 US marketing blog is a weak substitute for a live Australian industry publisher with Australian organic traffic. We still price on English DR bands ($125 / $175 / $200 popular DR40 / $275 / $350, was $150 / $220 / $239 / $350 / $425) because the language is English — you should not pay international-language rates ($175+) for AU English. You are paying for geo-correct hosts, not for translation.
Directory submissions that are real AU listings (industry, professional, chamber-style) are a different service and are quoted; they are not a blast of 500 spam directories. They appear in this copy because local AU SEO still uses them when they are indexed and relevant. They are not a substitute for guest posts. Wikipedia, adult, CBD, crypto, and custom campaigns remain Enquire Now.
Who should brief Australia instead of generic English GP
Australian businesses ranking on Google.com.au
Money pages with AU intent, AU customers, AU hosts. If the SERP is local, the links should not be a US blog tour.
Agencies (AU or offshore) selling into Australia
You need a fulfilment desk that is actually in Richmond, not a white-label PDF from a marketplace. Same English GP rates; white-label available. The why us page is the founder story; this page is the AU geo.
In-house SEO who already tried “English DR20+”
If the live URLs were all US or UK, that campaign did not match this page. Send the AU destinations this time.
How an AU placement is worked from Richmond
01
AU URL, AU queries, AU constraints
Tell us the Google.com.au targets and any publisher rules (for example no gambling — that is iGaming, not this table). NZ is a neighbour, not automatic; name it if you need .co.nz hosts.
02
Pitch Australian publishers with Australian traffic
We look at whether people in Australia actually land on the host. A parked .com.au with US content fails. Outreach is 100% manual from Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines — the AU desk is not a PO box.
03
AU English draft + DataForSEO QC
Spelling and examples match the host. QC before approval. Ahrefs/Semrush appear on the report as metrics. ~500 owned sites exist company-wide; they are not a fake “AU media network” we sell instead of third-party publishers.
04
Live URL, TAT, replacement
Typical about two weeks, 20-day maximum on standard DR. If the AU publisher pulls the link, we replace it on a comparable Australian (or briefed) host — not a US URL to close the ticket.
Included on English guest-post rates (AU-scoped fulfilment)
- 01
Manual outreach aimed at Australian publishers for AU briefs
- 02
Australian English when the host is AU
- 03
Unique content for the host site

DataForSEO QC; Ahrefs/Semrush on the report as metrics only
- 05
Live URL + DR / traffic / anchor
- 06
Replacement if the link drops
- 07
Typical ~2 week TAT, 20-day maximum
- 08
No monthly minimum — $125 / $175 / $200 popular / $275 / $350
AU directories, NZ, and what this page is not
Relevant Australian directories still play a supporting role for local and brand queries. We will quote directory submissions separately rather than hide a dump inside a guest-post order. If the brief is “citations for a Melbourne service business,” say that — that is often closer to local SEO backlinks than a national DR70 post that never mentions the city. If the brief is editorial guest posts for a national ecommerce play, directories are optional, not the campaign.
This is not the international-language product. German, Japanese, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, and Italian have their own landings and the international GP table. Australia sits on the international guest posts hub because buyers search for country, not because AU English is a foreign language. Default market: English.
Casino and sportsbook in Australia are a licence and advertising minefield. Do not order them as standard AU guest posts — use the iGaming desk and say the geo. Adult, CBD, crypto: Enquire Now. We will not invent TGA or ACMA advice in a guest article.
